Recommendations such as “Order now”, “Borderline”, “Not needed”, order quantities, cover days, forecasts, container plans and scenario results are tools to support human decision-making. They are not instructions, guarantees or promises of a particular result.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Demand, sales, lead times, supplier performance, shipping conditions, costs and availability may change unexpectedly. InventoryLogic does not guarantee:

• future sales, demand or revenue;
• that stockouts, overstock or lost sales will be eliminated;
• supplier, freight or delivery performance;
• the accuracy or completeness of customer-provided or third-party data;
• container utilisation, purchasing savings or cash-flow improvements; or
• that any forecast or recommendation will match actual future outcomes.

4. Customer review and responsibility

Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving all purchase orders, stock transfers, supplier commitments, forecasts, budgets and other inventory decisions before acting on them. Customers should verify source data, product costs, minimum order quantities, pack sizes, lead times, safety stock, shipping capacity and other assumptions.

InventoryLogic should be used as part of an appropriate business review and approval process, not as the sole basis for a material purchasing decision.

5. Demonstration data and case-study information

Public product demonstrations, interface mockups and screenshots may use fictitious, modified, aggregated or anonymised data to protect confidential business information. They may not reflect the full functionality, configuration or performance of a production customer environment.

Case-study statements and metrics describe a particular context and should not be interpreted as a promise that another customer will achieve the same or similar outcomes. Actual results vary based on data quality, operating practices, catalogue composition, supplier arrangements and market conditions.
